Return of goods
You can return the goods without giving a reason . You can withdraw from the purchase contract in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling of Goods, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The goods you are returning must be undamaged, in their original condition with all tags attached and, if possible, in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will have to reduce the amount of the refund by the value of the damage. The package with the goods you are returning must also include this completed form:

Goods complaint
The complaint procedure in this case is simple:

You can claim a claim within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods. We will properly register your claim and assess it responsibly.
We will contact you within 3 days of delivery to inform you of how your complaint was handled. If a more complex professional assessment of the defect in the goods is required, the deadline is extended to 30 days. We will inform you about everything by e-mail or phone .
